Warranty · returns & refunds

Conditions applying to equipment imported and distributed by Asia Energy. They apply to retail customers, franchised dealers and OEM orders alike.

01 — Terms

The term runs from the handover date on the acceptance report, or from the invoice date if the customer installs the system themselves.

02 — Process

Four steps from reporting a fault to handing it back

  1. Report the faultCall the hotline or message us on Zalo with the model code, the serial number and a description of the symptom. Attach photos or video if you have them.
  2. DiagnoseAsia Energy engineers first talk you through remote checks. If it cannot be resolved remotely, an on-site inspection is scheduled.
  3. ResolveRepair on site, collection to the warehouse for repair, or replacement with equivalent equipment - depending on the severity of the fault and stock availability.
  4. Hand backHanded back with a signed report. Replacement equipment carries the remaining warranty term of the original unit, not a new one.

When the warranty does not apply

  • Equipment opened, repaired or tampered with by anyone not appointed by Asia Energy.
  • Damage caused by installation contrary to the instructions, reversed polarity, overload or an unstable supply.
  • Damage caused by natural disaster, lightning strike, flooding beyond the protection rating printed on the product, fire or explosion.
  • A warranty seal, serial number or rating label that is torn, defaced or no longer legible.
  • Normal wear of consumable parts, and cosmetic marks that do not affect operation.
